UPDATE (Sept 2018) - Please note, being in the rather enviable (and rather rare, if not unique) position of having enough articles to necessitate two volumes of Transactions, submissions for 2018 are now closed – any articles subsequently submitted (from September 2018 onwards) will be considered for the 2019 edition
Transactions of the Yorkshire Dialect Society (TYDS) is one of the two annual publications produced by the society (the other being the Summer Bulletin). Both publications are included in the annual membership fee.
TYDS brings togetherresearch, discussion and debate focusing primarily on Yorkshire dialects but also encourages submissions which consider dialect(s) more generally.
We are currently inviting submissions for the 2018 TYDS and would welcome your ideas for contributions.
Please contact Clive Upton, co-editor of TYDS, with your submissions or requests for further information, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
