The YDS’ very own Eric ‘Bloodaxe’ Scaife (looking rather more ‘pastoral’ than usual) and the rather more contemporary bus on which his dulcet Yorkshire tones can now be heard – Eric’s commentary on the Airedale line bus route is not the only mobile environment where Eric projects his unique view on aspects of life (literally) passing by –  lucky passengers on York’s tourist buses can also hear Eric’s unusual take on the city’s attractions (in broad West /East Riding, of course!)
